1. Definitions

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 298win employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 298win Platform.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, valid email address, and date of birth. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 298win account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication details.
• Notifying 298win immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Keeping your registration information accurate and up to date. Changes to your mobile number, email address, or personal details must be submitted to 298win support for verification.
• Ensuring that only you access and use your account. Allowing third parties to operate your account, including through shared devices, is prohibited.
• Maintaining only one active account. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must inform 298win immediately. 298win reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and apply bonuses only once.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

298win accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Payment page, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT (TRC20), and cash deposit through authorised agent channels.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 500 for most payment methods, subject to the specific method's stated minimum at time of transaction.
• Deposit Fees: 298win does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which 298win bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

298win offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value; table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are disclosed per promotion.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting services on 298win are governed by the specific rules of each game or sport, as disclosed within the relevant game interface or betting section. The following general rules apply across all 298win products:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. 298win does not accept requests to void bets or reverse completed game rounds except in cases of demonstrated technical malfunction.

• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game or bet, 298win will resolve the matter in the fairest possible manner, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the wager.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes only.
